LINUS in Vogue Magazine

Editors note: we've moved on from Linus but we agree with our writer here that its awfully nice to see cycling sold as a luxurious joy rather than dudes in lycra covered in mud enduring some sort of masochism.

It's a great thing - and a significant shift in thinking - to see that a fashion and lifestyle magazine focused on women, would list cycling as one of the summer's obvious activities. It's just as boundary breaking to see that the Vogue women is encouraged to do so in normal clothing - no spandex required, skirts completely allowed.
(I get they are selling things here too, but as a woman, I love being sold the idea of cycling rather than the idea of lounging in the Hamptons or some other luxury-oriented, wealth-required leisure activity.)
Speaking of selling, Curbside can put you on the very Linus Dutchi featured in this ad! Come on by for a test ride!
