Editors note: these were heady times. To launch our Canadian distribution of Linus bikes we held a big bash at Toronto's Drake Hotel. It was a packed affair that included the Canadian launch of Apple's Hipstamatic app and even featured a Phillip Lim video featuring Linus bikes. Now that city bikes have become less concept and more fact we doubt any new company could pull of this kind of hype, but we pulled it off, and while it is more exhilarating today to think of bike lanes on Bloor, this was exhilarating while it lasted.

What an excellent night! If you were there, well done!
