WHY PRE-ORDER?
Brompton makes the best folding bike on the market. Nothing folds better, rides better, or folds smaller than a Brompton. Brompton is known for a ruthless streak of perfectionism in their craftsmanship and engineering; which is why each bike is still made in their west London (UK) plant. However, Brompton can only produce a limited number of bikes per year, and due to surging demand each country is only allocated a certain number of production slots per year. As Canada's largest Brompton retailer, we are allocated 20 production slots a month for a total of 240 bikes a year - far less units than current demand can sustain!
To this end we are offering our customers the ability to pre-order their bike in order to secure a Brompton at the earliest delivery date. All bikes are 100% refundable up to the point we order the bike from Brompton (roughly two months before the estimated build date).

The H is Brompton's highest handlebar and perfect for tall riders who want a balanced position, average-height riders who want an upright position or shorter riders who want a bolt-upright (Dutch style) position. The 6-Speed gearing uses the wide-range Sturmey Archer BWR hub and offers all the gears you need for hills and distance. The 3-Speed gearing uses the limited-range Sturmey Archer BSR hub which offers a good range for flatter terrain or shorter distances. The 2-Speed gearing provides a good acceleration and cruising gear over flatter terrain or shorter distances. All bikes come with the front carrier block to carry any of the Brompton bags.
