All parts & accessories orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping*.
Parts and accessories are shipped by UPS or Canada Post. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. A tracking number will be provided by email.

***Local Delivery*** (Toronto Only) If your postal code is within range, same day local delivery may be available for $10 (free for orders over $50 before tax). Local deliveries are only dispatched on days our store is open, and same-day cut-off time for orders is 11am Tuesday to Friday. Local deliveries are delivered by a third-party company; as such, Curbside Cycle can not guarantee local deliveries will be completed on the same day as the order, even if ordered before the cut-off time.Bikes
Our Ride Out of the Box™ shipping service means your bike arrives professionally tuned and completely assembled. All our bikes can be shipped Ride Out of the Box™, yes, even cargo bikes!
Select bikes are available for standard boxed shipping in their unassembled state. Please be aware that all bicycle warranties require professional assembly and tuning. We cannot provide after-sales warranty support for bikes that are not professionally assembled.
For all Ride out of the Box™ deliveries please ensure that you are home to receive the box. All Ride Out of the Box™ shipments may take up to 5 business days to assemble before shipping. From collection to delivery, shipping from Toronto generally takes:
All bicycles are shipped from our store in Toronto, Canada. Please note that remote areas may be subject to additional surcharges.
*U.S. Customers Only* Please note that we may require a Tax ID (for individuals this is usually a Social Security Number) to submit to customs to successfully export the bike, in accordance with requirements outlined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. This will apply to any orders over $2500 in value, or for oversized items that need to be transported by freight (most bikes).
Returns Parts & Accessories
We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges happen! Our return policy is fairly standard; we’ll take back return or exchanges for up to 30 days from your purchase. Keep in mind we need to resell whatever you return, so, please make sure that the product is back in its original packaging and looks as good as new. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
All Ride out of the Box™ or boxed unassembled bicycle shipments can be returned or exchanged. The bike must be in new, unused condition and must be professionally boxed.
In the case of a refund, all return costs including return shipping, applicable duties, and brokerage will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment and a receipt will be issued.
Please note that all sale and clearance items are final sale and not subject to refund or exchange.
