The Tubus Distance Washer allows you to attach a rack to your bike without needing to bend the tubing in cases where your bike's attachment points are too far from the rack's bottom feet.

The Distance Washer is 6mm deep and has a diameter of 14mm. If you need 8mm of depth and an 8mm diameter, check out the Tubus Distance Bush instead.
