The Nov Design Easy Shell Hinge Clamp Plates should be one of the first upgrades for a Brompton as they vastly improve the fold. By making the terminal on one side of the Clamp Plate a few millimeters longer it is prevented from rotating when turning the lever bolt. The strong neodymium magnet naturally opens the clamp and the spring is used to push the clamp plate out making the fold of your Brompton super easy and effortless.
The Hinge Clamp Set consist of two hinge clamp Plates CNC Machined from high-grade Aluminum with an integrated strong neodymium magnets and Steel spring. Simply unscrew and replace the standard Brompton units for a near perfect system and well worth the upgrade.
